Feedamass

Feedamass retrieving information about the definition of god

Definition:

feedamass is a non dependent data aggregator. It accumulates and gathers web content on demand – mostly from textual based services such as Wikipedia or online dictionaries. feedamass refines the content to the core (first 300 relevant words) and produces a clean UTF8 text-output that can be passed to a mobile phone (SMS, MMS), computers (IM, Email, Local Applications) or other communication devices (Via Post/Get, Sockets).

feedamass is NOT looking for RSS feed, APIs or other content syndication tools, it simply gathers the content following a logical pattern.
For example: Wikipedia, amazing and useful as it is, is lacking the possibility to interface directly with the content, therefore doesn’t support feeds or data syndication.

Why

Simply to integrate Wikipedia, Google Define, World Dictionary and ANY other web service with your mobile phone via SMS / MMS.
With feedamass you only need to send SMS to a running service. Shortly thereafter you will get the definition, translation or whatnot, back to your mobile phone.

Scenario I

Prof. Henry Jones is visiting Egypt for the first time. At some less convenience point of his trip, facing an ancient and sophisticated trap, he is forced to recall the meaning of a rare pharaonic winged-sun symbol. This piece of information turns out to be critical, as more snakes, flames and other nasty things are gathered below. By recognizing the unique symbol and pressing it, one can (theoretically) deactivate the trap and, with some luck, find his way back to his hotel room. Prof. Jones takes out his old and slightly banged Nokia phone, and with one determined and stable hand he types “winged sun” and send the text-message to feedamass. Only few seconds pass, when a reply comes through: “The symbol is attested from the Old Kingdom (Sneferu, 26th century BC), often flanked on either side with a uraeus. In early Egyptian religion, the symbol (Behedeti) represented Horus of Edfu, – Wikipedia, org”.
“Ah!” says Henry, as he had just figured out, thanks to this crucial information, which symbol to press. Safe at last… (or is he…)

Can I use it with my mobile phone?

feedamass is fully operational, making use of third party content providers that might be protected by copyrights. This is limited only to pre-publication stages. As to not violate ownership claims and regulations. Tested successfully worldwide, the system is being currently finalized, but does not yet provide public access. Soon after a legal agreement is notarized, and a Terms-and-Condition policy is reached, feedamass will be available on your mobile phone.
