The lemon tap freshens up your finger tips after a shellfish meal. The water bubble then rinses off the lemon drops.

Design Concept:
Instead of squeezing the lemon and rinsing under a tap; you now use a tap to extract the lemon juice and squeeze the bubble to rinse off.
